Things to remember if you break down
- Do NOT leave you vehicle
- Your vehicle is easier to find than you are
- It can provide shade, the sun in this part of the country is built different
- Pack extra water
- Warm water is better than no water so if you think you have enough bring more
- Keep blankets in your vehicle
- Most think to only bring them in the winter but even in the summer they can provide shade
- When driving on the interstate, try to be aware of mile markers or signs
- This allows us to find you quicker and dispatch the closest driver in the area
- Always make sure others know when you are traveling and a time you should arrive
- There are still areas on the roadways that cell service may not exist
