- Acknowledgement of Services
The undersigned also known as the customer requests towing, roadside assistance, or related services from Anytime Towing. Customer acknowledges the towing and
related services involve certain risks of damage, delay, or loss, and agrees to the terms of this agreement as a condition of service. - Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer hereby waives, releases, and discharges Anytime Towing from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or
causes of action, whether known or unknown arising out of or connected with:
Damage to the vehicle or its contents not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the company.

Damage inherent in towing or roadside assistance, including but not limited to undercarriage damage, cosmetic damage, transmission issues, alignment, tire/rim
damage, or damage from pre-existing conditions.
Loss of personal property left inside the vehicle.
- Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anytime Towing from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the
services provided, except to the extent caused by the company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. - No Warranty
The company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services provided, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. - The Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect. - Binding Effect
This agreement is binding upon the customer and the customers heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns.
Customer Acknowledgement: I as the signer have read and understand this Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement. I voluntarily sign it and agree to be bound
by its terms.
